Guided Artistic Program - Intuition

  • Huddinge, Stockholm County Sweden (map)

Session 4: Intuition

Shadow work: Fear

This group art therapy session explores intuition as a subtle inner guide: quiet, settle, deeply connected within us. Like the changing light at dawn or the instinctive movement of water, intuition speaks softly and is often felt before it is understood. This session invites participants to slow down, listen inwardly, and give form to inner knowing through words and movement.

The process unfolds with sensitivity and flexibility, adapting to the emotional and energetic needs of the group.

Session Structure

  • Opening & Grounding (30 minutes)
The session begins with a welcoming circle and a gentle grounding practice, combining breath awareness and slow, mindful movement. Attention is brought to bodily sensations, inner rhythms, and moments of stillness, creating a receptive space where intuition can surface naturally.

  • Poetic Expression & Gentle Movement – Creative Process (1 hour)
Participants are guided into a poetry-based writing practice, supported by prompts that encourage spontaneous expression rather than structured writing. Words are invited to emerge intuitively, without editing or judgment. This is interwoven with gentle body movements, allowing participants to sense how words resonate physically—how intuition moves through breath, posture, and gesture. Soft music, tea, and biscuits support a calm and nurturing atmosphere. No writing or movement experience is required.

  • Reflection & Integration
In the final phase, participants are invited to reflect on their words and movements as expressions of inner guidance. Sharing may take place within the group or privately, according to personal comfort. The focus is on noticing emotional tone, bodily response, and subtle insights, rather than analysis.

This session offers a quiet, integrative space where intuition is honored as a natural language of the body and imagination—supporting clarity, self-trust, and gentle reconnection with inner wisdom.

To ensure these sessions remain accessible, they are offered on a donation basis rather than at a fixed fee. Participants are invited to contribute according to their individual financial capacity. This approach is intended to create an inclusive space where everyone can take part while honoring personal circumstances.

This isn’t a creative lab! Is not simply a space for artistic experimentation. It is a guided mindfulness-based practice that integrates multiple art forms with a holistic understanding of the brain–body connection, carefully designed to expand awareness and support personal renewal. Each session invites participants into a focused yet flexible process where creative expression becomes a pathway to insight, presence, and sustainable well-being. By engaging sensory, symbolic, and embodied practices, the work supports the body’s natural capacity for regulation, balance, and restoration, honoring and supporting it’s natural rhythms and intelligence.
